Our dress code is semi-formal. We ask that men wear a suit or nice jeans and a sports jacket, and women wear a midi- or maxi-length dress. The bride asks all female guests to refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, khaki, or any variation/shade of those colors.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Yes! There's plenty of parking at the Hummingbird House. We do recommend carpooling so that all our guests driving in have space.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will take place indoors. Guests can walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Yes! Hummingbird House is fully wheelchair accessable.

We recommend you fly into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

Texas is pretty warm all year long, but the weather will likely be sunny and in the upper 70s. We recommend bringing a jacket/shawl for the evening.
